Real Equity Ed (™)

A Catriceology™ training series for educators, administrators and school officials to unlearn oppressive practices to promote an anti-racist and equitable learning enviornment for black students.
  1. This Is NOT Diversity Training
Diversity is not the problem lack of accountability is. Diversity and inclusion efforts are futile without first addressing systemic racism and anti-blackness.
  2. There Are No CEU's
I do not offer CEU's for my anti-racism training. I will not offer credit for people to be decent human beings.
  3. This Is An Anti-Racism Training
The failure rates of black students is directly related to systemic and systematic racism and oppression. We must address racism.
  4. LIVE Access Only - No Recordings
This training course series will be LIVE. There are no options to receive the recorded sessions. Make it a priority to be present.

  1. Why Do You Need This?
There's enough research and evidence available for you to know that black kids are failing not because they are incompetent, but rather because most white teachers bring racial bias into every interaction with black kids that alters the teacher's ability to be effective in relating to students. You don't know what you don't know and now it's time to know how you may be part of the problem and how to become part of the solution.
  2. Who Should Participate?
Pre-school and K-12 teachers, administrators, counselors and paraprofessionals serving black students in any capacity. This includes after school program staff and other educational service providers.
  3. Who It's NOT For
This is NOT for antagonists who want to dispute the truth, argue, minimize the reality and or center the feelings of whiteness. I reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone I deem antagonistic or problematic.
