Coaching Programs and Personal Development Courses

Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) fully discloses that the results of the discovery/coaching sessions are fully based upon the client/customers ability and skill set to implement the information provided during the session to produce positive results. Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) does not fully guarantee that every client/customer who participates in a coaching service/program will achieve the desired results. Responsibility for successful outcomes is fully dependant upon the clients/customers ability to discern what is best for them. Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) will not have no liability to the client/customer for decisions/choices ma or any adverse consequences of the clients own free will. We strongly suggest you use discernment and caution when implementing any suggested strategies, techniques and coaching advice.

Personal Development/Coaching Program Terms/Agreement

Participant will:

Participant agrees to commit to and adhere to the goals and objectives of the Get Naked! Program.

Participant will give the program administrator (Catrice Jackson) a 24-hour notice of termination of participation. A refund will not be granted please see Terms and Agreement Policy.

Participant will not duplicate or use any of forms, exercises or other content without written prior authorization from Catrice Jackson of Emerge Consulting, LLC. Participant will not share any of the content, outcomes or disclosures of other participants with any 3rd party. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

Participant will directly (via phone or email) inform the Catrice Jackson of any psychological, legal or medical problems prior to and or during the program testing time (this includes anxiety, depression, trauma, past abuse etc.).

Not hold Catrice Jackson or Emerge Consulting responsible for the outcomes of decisions made by the participant of their own free will.

Understand that the Get Naked! Program does not include counseling or formal therapy techniques. THIS IS NOT A COUNSELING PROGRAM.

Agree to provide Catrice Jackson a written testimonial about the program experience to include a photo to be placed on the program website upon completing the program.

Agree to participate in the online program group page with integrity and respect towards all members.

Program Administrator (Catrice Jackson) will:

Provide professional and ethical services and maintain participant confidentiality unless the participant expresses harm to self or others.

Discontinue offering the program and or refer participant to appropriate resources/referrals if the participant needs or expresses the need for mental health services.

Provide participant with direction and guidance and will not advise, counsel or provide therapy services.

Facilitate the program with the integrity and professionalism in all venues.

All participants in any coaching, mentoring and or personal and professional development course must sign a release of information and coaching agreement prior to beginning any service with Emerge Consulting, LLC. This form must be signed and mailed (via email or snail mail) to Catrice M. Jackson, 4500 W. Pioneer Drive #75, Irving TX 75061 within 3-5 days of signing up for and or purchasing the course/coaching package. Failure to comply with this term will result in services not being rendered and no refund granted.

Cancellations and Refunds for Coaching Programs and Personal Development Courses

Coaching, consulting, mentoring and speaking services and programs are generally non-refundable. In the event you sign up for a coaching program or developmental course and decide to not participate in the program/course please contact Catrice immediately via telephone and email to discuss a mutual agreement and satisfactory outcome. Contact Catrice at 469-586-4472 or email her directly. You will receive a response within 10 business days regarding your request.

All coaching/discovery sessions require a 48 hour cancellation notice via telephone. In the event a client cannot participate in a session and or does not cancel within 48-hours of the scheduled session time they will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00.

All personal development course session cancellations must adhere to the policy below:

Clients/customers canceling or requesting a refund 14 days prior to the course start date may receive a 50% refund.

Clients/customers canceling or requesting a refund 7 days prior to the course start date may receive a 25% refund.

Clients/customers canceling or requesting a refund once the course has begun will not receive a refund.

**this includes any deposits and or installment payments**

Deposits: All deposits are not refundable.

Special Note: When a product is listed as "all sales are final" there will be no refund granted.

Coaching Circle Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to discontinue in the Coaching Circle program please contact Catrice immediately to cancel your subscription. No refunds will be granted.

Paperback Books

If you received damaged goods please contact us immediately via phone and return the book(s) to Catrice M. Jackson 4500 W. Pioneer Drive, #75 Irving TX, 75061. You will be shipped out a replacement product within 7-10 working days. Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) is not responsible for damaged goods therefore there is no refund granted. We will gladly ship you out another book.

Ebooks and Guides

Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) does not provide refunds on any electronic publications.

SPEAKING SERVICES

Live and Virtual Speaking Services

Payment

Speaker Fees and Expenses: Catrice reserves the right to set speaking fees according to the unique event in which she is asked to speak. Upon mutual agreement and the signing of the speaker agreement client is responsible to submit the deposit (50% of the speaker fee) immediately via check or credit card. On the date of the booking Catrice requires the 50% deposit to be paid in full. The remaining balance will be paid to Catrice in person upon her arrival at the event.

The speaker (Catrice M. Jackson) agrees that the client may cancel the performance and be released from any liability hereunder if the event is canceled due to such accidents as epidemics, destruction of the performance site, acts of God, or other conditions beyond the control of the client. If the event is otherwise canceled or rescheduled, the client will be obligated to pay Catrice M. Jackson (speaker) 50% of the speaking/performance fee. Payment shall be in the form a check or money order payable to Catrice M. Jackson.

If payment is not received by the due date client agrees to pay Catrice Jackson 25$ per day for each day the payment is late in addition to the stated fee in the speaker agreement.

Travel and Accommodations

The client and or its representative is responsible for booking the travel arrangements of the speaker (Catrice M. Jackson). Catrice M. Jackson requires Round Trip airfare full coach US airfare are.to be booked and confirmed 30 days prior to the speaking event date. Client is responsible to submit all travel documents and travel instructions to Catrice immediately upon booking the travel arrangements via telephone and email.

Hotel Accommodations: Hotel accommodations will be booked and paid for by the client 30 days prior to the speaking event date. Reservations and confirmations will be emailed directly to Catrice. In the event the speaking engagement is canceled, Catrice M. Jackson is not liable to refund the client for any scheduled travel accommodations.

Speaker Requirements: Lavaliere Microphone preferred, podium off to the side, water and a table in the back of the room for product sales. Client is responsible for producing any copies or handouts needed for presentations.

Additional Information: Catrice M. Jackson request to be reimbursed for any additional travel expenses i.e. shuttle and or taxi rides. Catrice will submit all miscellaneous travel expense receipts to the client within 7 days of the event and requires reimbursement within 30 days of the event.

Conditions of Speaker Agreement

The client may not videotape, record or broadcast the performance without previous consent of the speaker (Catrice M. Jackson). It is understood that the speaker executes the speaker agreement as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client. Responsibility for appropriate payments of payroll taxes and charges under all applicable laws will be assumed by the speaker, therefore no taxes can be withheld from the speaker’s payment.

Speaker (Catrice M. Jackson) shall have the right to sell or distribute her books, CD’s, T-shirts etc. The speaker is free from any demands by the client for any commissions on concession sales.

Speaker (Catrice M. Jackson) reserves the right to request a copy of audio/video recordings of the presentation after the event.

Additional hourly rates may be applied if there are changes (additional requests) to the original agreement and a new agreement must be signed and received before services are rendered.

Catrice M. Jackson reserves the right to withdraw from any speaking engagement in the event that (1) the deposit due at signing, (2) the plane ticket or (3) the hotel confirmation (where applicable) has/have not been received 30 days in advance of the event date and as a result, the booking organization (client) forfeits the 50% speaker’s fee signing deposit as the limit of its liability.

DISCOVERY SESSIONS (includes any form of Mentoring)

Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) fully discloses that the results of the discovery sessions are fully based upon the client/customers ability and skill set to implement the information provided during the session to produce positive results. Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) does not fully guarantee that every client/customer who participates in a coaching service/program will achieve the desired results. Message Mentoring and Media Kit Musing Services

Catrice M. Jackson, Message Mentor agrees to provide quality services in a timely and ethical manner. Any coaching, mentoring and or copywriting services provided by Catrice are provided upon the client's full understanding that; each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire to implement and motivation. Client's understand and agree that any services or copy provided by Catrice may result in success depending on the client's ability to use and implement the services rendered to their maximum ability. Client's understand that in order for good copy to work and produce desired results the client must effectively market and promote their services with the copy. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money and or achieve your desired results.

SPECIAL NOTE:

**All Message Mentoring and Media Kit Musing Services require and provide a minimum of a one-hour pre-work consultation that is included in the fee. Any additional requests for time and coaching/mentoring will result in an additional fee of $250.00 per hour beyond what is offered and provided in the original quote, description of the service and agreement. This includes additional edits or changes to copywritten material requested by the client.

***Catrice reserves the right to charge this additional fee upon informing the client up front before services are rendered. Clients will be billed the additional services fee of $250.00 per hour and the client has 24 hours of the billing date to make full payment. Client agrees to this by verbal and or written agreement to work with Catrice.

Cancellation of Services

All mentoring/coaching, discovery or program course sessions require a 48-hour cancellation notice via telephone. In the event a client cannot participate in a session and or does not cancel within 48-hours of the scheduled session time they will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00.

Returned (NSF) Checks

Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) charges a $35.00 processing fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.

Credit Card Chargebacks

A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises).

Returns

To return a product to Emerge Consulting, LLC contact the Catriceology Team via email or send written requests for returns to 4500 W. Pioneer Drive, #75 Irving TX, 75061. You will receive a response within two weeks of your inquiry.
